The jump-to-slide shortcut (type a number then press Enter during a presentation) is the most practical presentation skill to practice before any live talk. When an audience member asks about a topic you covered earlier, typing "3" and pressing Enter jumps you to slide 3 instantly — far more professional than pressing the back arrow many times while the audience watches you fumble through slides.
