Formatting means changing how text looks. You can make words bold, italic, or underlined. You can also change the font style, size, and colour. Good formatting makes your document easy to read.

💡 Use formatting to make headings bold and bigger. Keep the main text in a simple font like Arial or Times New Roman so it is easy to read.
