Parts of the Desktop

🖼️ Wallpaper — The background picture behind all the icons.
🗂️ Icons — Small pictures that represent programs or files. Double-click to open.
📌 Taskbar — The bar at the bottom of the screen. It shows open programs and the clock.
⊞ Start Button — Click it to open programs, settings, and the search bar.
🗑️ Recycle Bin — Deleted files go here. You can restore them or delete them forever.

Right-Click on the Desktop

Right-clicking on an empty area of the Desktop opens a small menu. You can use it to:
• Change the wallpaper (background picture)
• Create a new folder
• Arrange icons by name, size, or type
• Check Display Settings
💡 Keep your Desktop tidy! Too many icons make it hard to find what you need. Use folders to organise your files.

Quick Exercise
