Cyberbullying happens when someone uses the internet to hurt, tease, or scare another person. It can happen through messages, comments, or shared photos. Cyberbullying is never acceptable, and help is always available.

- Spreading rumours through chats or social media
If You Witness Cyberbullying
If you see cyberbullying happening to someone else, do not join in. Speak kindly to the person being bullied. Report the behaviour to a trusted adult.
If It Happens to You
- Do not reply to the hurtful message
- Save or screenshot the message as evidence
- Block the person sending the messages
- Tell a parent, guardian, or teacher right away
