Web Browsers
A web browser is a program that lets you visit websites on the internet. You type the address of a website into the browser and it shows you that page. Common browsers include Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari.

How to Visit a Website

Example: A browser is like a television remote control. The remote lets you switch between channels (websites). You type the channel number (web address) to go directly to the show you want.
